Muuvin:
Legal entity that owns and administers the Platform and Website, incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. The Company is responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the digital services offered.

Platform:
Website, digital application, computer system and/or any other technological means administered by Muuvin, through which intermediation, dissemination and management services for real estate publications intended for rent or lease are offered.

User:
Any natural or legal person who accesses, navigates, registers or uses the services offered on the digital platform, whether for information consultation, real estate publication, advertisement management, or any other interaction permitted by the platform.

Publications:
The advertisements, notices or descriptions of real estate intended for rent or lease that Users make within the platform.

Terms and Conditions:
Legal and binding agreement that regulates the access, use and operation of the digital platform, establishing the rights, obligations, responsibilities and limitations applicable to both Users and platform administrators.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain Muuvin functionalities, you will need to create an account. You must provide real, accurate and updated information.

The personal information required for user creation is: Name, phone number, email address and password. This information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and personal data processing.

3.2 User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, username and password;
• Users are responsible for any activity that occurs in their accounts or the use given to them;
• Users must update their information in a timely manner to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the services offered by Muuvin;
• Users must use the platform ethically and comply with all applicable laws and legislation;
• Muuvin is a platform aimed at people with economic capacity and availability to rent or buy real estate properties. Account registrations will not be accepted for persons fugitive from justice, deprived of liberty, and all those whom applicable legislation prohibits from using our services;
• Users are responsible for ensuring the truthfulness and authenticity of the information provided in all data requested to complete forms or acquire services;
• The user shall be solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements provided and for any damages these may cause to Muuvin or third parties.

Muuvin reserves the right to remove any user or publication that violates any of these responsibilities, as well as any user or publication that engages in activities contrary to law, good customs and public order.

Any information uploaded by the platform user must comply with the usage policy. Users accept the following principles:

Access and Navigation:
Our platform provides users with access to comparison and search tools for real estate for purchase and rent, as well as the publication of real estate for the same purposes. The user agrees to use the platform in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations, as well as in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Usage Restrictions:
Users commit to use the platform ethically and responsibly. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from activities that may compromise platform security, using the platform for illicit purposes, interfering with other users' access, violating the intellectual property of the Muuvin brand and Muuvin, S.R.L. company, violating legal provisions, good customs and public order.

Collaboration:
Users commit to collaborate with Muuvin's customer service personnel. Any form of harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4.1 Publication Services Contracting

Users may contract through Muuvin's digital platform publication and promotion services for real estate properties for sale and/or rental purposes.

This service will be subject to the conditions and prices detailed on the Muuvin platform. By contracting the service and proceeding with the corresponding payment, the user accepts the conditions of said service.

The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and legitimacy of the information contained in the publications made, including, but not limited to, the property price, the truthfulness of published images, location, amenities, physical conditions of the property, conditions for rent and/or lease, contact number and any other information contained in the advertisement. Muuvin is not responsible to other users or third parties for the information contained in publications made by users.

Muuvin reserves the right to remove any publication that contains fraudulent information, or that threatens the security of users and the platform.

All intellectual property rights associated with the platform, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patents and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of Muuvin, S.R.L.

The use and access to Muuvin's services and digital platforms does not grant the user any right or license over Muuvin's intellectual property, nor any existing exploitation right over said rights, beyond those strictly necessary for the use of the portal and services.

The user acknowledges and accepts that the information, design and any content generated by the platform are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of the content will constitute a violation of these terms and may give rise to legal action.

5.1 Information Modification

The user may not, in whole or in part, expand, modify, substitute, correct, limit or alter in any way the information offered on the Muuvin platform.

The information collected encompasses the data necessary to provide our services and continuously improve our platform.

Consult our privacy policy for detailed information about the treatment of information provided on the platform.

Although Muuvin implements security measures to safeguard the platform, users are responsible for taking measures to prevent risks inherent to the digital environment. These measures are:

• Keep login credentials secure;
• In case of detecting any suspicious or unauthorized activity in your account, inform the technical support team;
• Use strong passwords and periodic credential updates.

In the event of a security breach that affects user information, Muuvin commits to notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This notification will contain detailed information about the neutralization of the breach and the measures taken to mitigate it. Muuvin will not be responsible for third-party cybersecurity attacks or computer viruses that may affect the operation or security of the web portal when these are attributed to misuse or user negligence.

The Muuvin platform may have links, hyperlinks or links that redirect access to third-party web pages. Muuvin does not control, nor is it responsible for, the information presented on third-party web pages, nor for the information, data security or content that may be available on them.

Muuvin reserves the right to remove from its platform all web pages that infringe third-party rights, copyright or current legislation or is required to do so by a court order or administrative act.

8.1 Link Management

The user may not create or install links from their own or another web page that allow access to the Muuvin web platform (whether through hyperlinks, Deep-linking, codes, etc.), without the express and written consent of the Muuvin administrators.

9.1 Payment Methods

Muuvin accepts payments through credit and debit cards, which are processed and managed through third-party payment service providers.

9.2 Credit and Debit Card Payments

Users may make payments using credit and debit cards issued by national financial institutions. Card information will be processed securely through reliable payment services to ensure transaction security.

9.3 Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed, users will receive confirmations of their transactions. This confirmation will include details such as the amount paid, date and description of the transaction, through email and/or platform notifications.

10.1 Publication Placement

Publications contracted through the Muuvin platform will be placed immediately, after payment confirmation and validation of the provided data. In case of delays or problems, the client will be notified and provided with an appropriate solution.

10.2 Refunds

In the case of property publications made through the Muuvin platform, the user may request a refund or cancellation of the service only in cases of error by the platform in the form or information contained in the publication or in non-compliance with contracted terms or conditions.

Users have the right to request a refund within the first 24 hours after the service is billed. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team and will be evaluated individually and processed in a timely manner.

When using third-party payment service providers, there is a possibility that claims or refund requests may need to be processed directly with the provider. In these cases, the Muuvin team would notify the user and provide the corresponding contact means.

Muuvin reserves the right to make modifications to the payment policy. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance and published on the platform for review.

Muuvin limits its liability to the extent permitted by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Muuvin shall not be liable for direct, indirect and incidental, consequential or special damages that may arise from the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruption, loss of profits or any other financial or commercial damage.

Muuvin's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific services during the period in which the incident occurred.

12.1 User Indemnification

By using the Muuvin platform, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muuvin, its affiliates, directors, employees and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense arising from breach of these terms and conditions or access, information provided by the user and misuse of the platform. This indemnification extends to any third-party claims and will apply even after termination of the relationship between the user and Muuvin.

12.2 Modification and Termination

Muuvin reserves the right to make modifications to the platform, its services and these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the platform. Users will be notified of any changes.

Muuvin reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account of any user who violates these terms or engages in activities it deems harmful to the platform or its users. In case of termination, the user will be notified and the reason will be provided, unless it is necessary to maintain confidentiality for security or legal compliance reasons.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Any dispute or claim related to these terms and conditions or the use of the Muuvin platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws. The parties commit to negotiate in good faith before undertaking legal action.

If any of the clauses of the Terms or Policy is declared for any reason, partially or totally null, such nullity shall affect only the part of the clause that is nullified and shall be considered as if such clause or part thereof had not been agreed upon.

The user has the right, and may exercise, against Muuvin and the person responsible for data processing the following rights:
